In years past, Mr. Jones has served as Ch. 7 Trustee in bankruptcy in thousands of cases, and served as corporate counsel to Cascade Airways, one of the largest commuter airlines in the United States during the 1970s and 1980s. In addition, Mr. Jones has a wide experience in internal corporate matters, including negotiations with governmental bodies for leases of land and facilities, determination of rates and charges for airport operations, purchase, sale and lease of various real properties worldwide and contract negotiation with vendors.
